Halloween was a lot of fun at the Robert W. Harrold Campus! A morning parade was led by Early Childhood Education students, and there was “trunk-or-treating” and activities in the gym. In the afternoon, there was a movie and popcorn, and there were certainly a lot of creative costumes all day long, on students, teachers and staff. Thank you to the organizers for arranging such a festive day, and to Jenn Mech for the photos!

On Friday, October 17th, Miss Greene’s and Ms. LaTourette’s classes embarked on their first field trip of the school year — a day dedicated to teamwork, connection, and outdoor learning. Under a clear autumn sky, students hiked the trails on “LaTourette’s Mountain,” played team-building games, and worked together to prepare and cook lunch over a campfire. Even Helti, one of therapy dogs at Harrold Campus, joined in the fun — offering smiles, encouragement, and a few tail wags along the way. The two teachers wanted to begin the year with an experience that would bring their students together, and it did exactly that!
