CELEBRATING COLLABORATIONS FOR HEALTHY FOOD— Each Monday, Amy Van Alstyne from Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County visits our ESY program at the Harrold Campus to teach our middle and high school students about nutrition. Some lessons the students have learned are reading food labels, identifying how much sugar is in a food, and whole grains. At the end of each lesson, the students prepare a healthy snack. Our message of appreciation to the Cornel Extension program for their support and the difference it makes for our students.
