Attention Students! Do you want to explore a career in Aviation? Join our Career Exploration event at the Airport Day On June 11, 2022, at the Lt Eaton Warren Airport in Norwich. DCMO BOCES is hosting the "Careers in Aviation" showcase. This is an initiative of the Career Destinations program that introduces students to careers and regional employment resources.
Go on your first flight! The EAA Chapter 1204 will be hosting a
Young Eagle Flight event from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Students ages 8 to 17 will have the opportunity to join a "Young Eagle Flight". Young Eagles benefit from a free program through the Experimental Aviation Association.
Is not just pilots... there are many more career destinations to explore. Students will have the opportunity to learn about Drones from
CNY Drones. This upcoming industry has opportunities for technicians, operators, and entrepreneurs.
State Police, The Air Patrol, and US Armed Forces representatives will be conducting demonstrations and connecting young people to opportunities.
