School Food Management Service

The School Food Management Service supports component schools with multiple solutions and resources.  This service benefit schools looking for alternate management for their food program.  The management service helps component schools look for ways to reduce the continued yearly deficit.  We work with your team to meet your specific needs.
Traditional School District Goals:
  • Reverse the yearly deficit
  • Improve the quality of the food and service
  • Improve staff relations with faculty and staff

Our Service...
Our School Lunch Manager works with your team to achieve your goals.  The following are some of the many tasks we can handle for your school:
  • Complete all required filing of annual renewal and state forms including the Free and Reduced applications
  • Handle all required monthly reporting of reimbursement forms
  • Supervision of staff including:
    • Establishing hours
    • Assigning Duties
    • Training
    • All personnel issue
    • Evaluations
  • Ordering of food, beverages, and equipment
  • Develop with your staff the menu for lunch and breakfast
  • Work with your team to developing new programs
  • Provide overall supervision of the program
  • Work with the business manager to monitor the budget
  • Assist auditors during the annual audit
  • Serve as part of the Administrative Council
