Instructional Programs

Welcome
My name is Ginger Rinaldo,  and I am very pleased to work with a remarkable team of educators and school administrators who give priority to the needs of our students.

DCMO BOCES supports 16 Component School Districts with a variety of educational services. Supporting our educator's professional learning needs is our pleasure.  We are guiding partners to help schools navigate the educational standards requirements and innovation support team to introduce new technology and resources to the classroom.

Instructional Services delivers solutions to our component schools with an emphasis on:

Career & Technical Education (CTE)
CTE programs work in partnership with home schools.  The program is hosted at two campuses, one in Norwich and the other one in Sidney Center, NY.  Fourteen CTE Programs have been approved by the State Education Department and serve over 300 students as of 2020.

The Instructional Support Services (ISS)
ISS serves every teacher and administrator within the component districts with an array of programs and services ranging from instructional technology, media production, library services, and distance learning to school improvement and staff development.

Special Education & Itinerant Services
The Special Education Division provides programming for children with disabilities from ages 5 to 21. Additional special education services are offered through BOCES Itinerant Services. These include school psychologists, occupational and physical therapists, and speech teachers.

DCMO BOCES is ready to work with our component schools to find more opportunities to impact our students.
