DCMO BOCES offers high school seniors and interdisciplinary curriculum that focuses on career exploration and practical experiences in a career chosen by the student in a professional setting. This program will provide students with broad, transferable knowledge required in today's professional careers.

Students will have the opportunity for on-the-job learning experiences. They will become familiar with positive work attitudes, responsibilities, and specific career requirements. Mentors from business and industry will contribute to the students' education. Mentors will encourage students to enter a career field while providing a valuable career exploration.
