PLEASE REVIEW FIRST:

Annotations in this catalog are included as a guide to selection.  However, since materials are purchased to meet a variety of educational needs, previewing is essential for all materials which you have not previously used.

LOAN PERIODS:

In most cases, the loan period for an item is five school days.  It is important that materials be returned as indicated on the confirmation list.  Please notify the booking desk (335-1364) when you need an item longer.  The late return of a title is likely to adversely affect the plans another teacher has for his or her students.

Please remember to correctly identify items being transported by BOCES Couriers with the following information.

TO:  NAME
               DISTRICT
               BUILDING

MEDIA USE INFORMATION

DELIVERY:   The BOCES van delivers materials directly to each school building every school day.
CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations are returned to each teacher weekly.   Teachers are asked to retain these for their reference.
REWIND, PLEASE!:  All 16mm films and videotapes should be rewound before returning to the BOCES Media Library.
DAMAGED MEDIA: Do not attempt to repair broken films or videos. Please attach a note to the media stating that the item is damaged.  If a film must be taped in  order to rewind it, please use masking tape. DO NOT USE SCOTCH TAPE!
