One Day Handler Refresher
This course is required annually to maintain a DOL Certificate as an Asbestos Handler. Participants are kept up to date with any changes in asbestos regulations. They will learn about the health effects attributed with asbestos exposure, the history and characteristic of asbestos and safe work practices when handling asbestos
One Day Supervisor Refresher
This course is required annually to maintain a DOL Certificate as an Asbestos Supervisor. Participants are kept up to date with any changes in asbestos regulations. They will learn about the health effects attributed with asbestos exposure, the history and characteristic of asbestos and safe work practices when handling asbestos.
1/2 Day Inspector and Management Planner Refreshers
These courses are required annually to maintain a DOL Certificate as asbestos Inspector and/or Management Planner. These two 1/2-day refreshers are combined into one full day of training. Management Planners must attend the Inspector refresher in order to participate in the Management Planner refresher. Participants are kept up to date with any changes in asbestos regulations. They will learn about the health effects attributed with asbestos exposure, the history and characteristic of asbestos and safe work practices when handling asbestos.
